For Skift, we built a brand around one core idea: transformation.
The belief that your space should evolve with you. That art isn’t static, but something you switch, refresh and redefine as your mood changes.
The name, rooted in the Scandinavian word for “switch”, became our strategic foundation. From there, we shaped the entire identity. A refined serif logo with character, balanced by energetic colors and a calm yet distinctive photography style. Minimal, but never predictable.
But we didn’t stop at branding. We directed the visual language, produced the how-to videos, developed the social content and designed the mail flows. Every touchpoint aligned. Every detail intentional. Skift isn’t just a frame brand. It’s a system built around movement, flexibility and personal evolution.

The challenge was clear: how do you make art flexible instead of permanent? How do you translate the idea of “switching” into a seamless digital experience? We designed and developed a platform where transformation is the core mechanic. The collection currently holds over 450 artworks. To make that freedom usable instead of overwhelming, we created a smart filtering system based on color, mood and collection. Visitors don’t just browse. They find their current state of mind. The purchase journey starts with the frame. A one-time foundation that users can fully configure, including the option to integrate acoustic panels directly in the configurator. From there, switching artwork becomes effortless.
